Morgan Dukes grew up in Sydney being an ‘all-rounder’ and a vibrant member of her community, with a special love for debating and public speaking. However, ‘acting’ seemed to choose her and it quickly became her passion. This was certainly endorsed when she auditioned for the Western Australia Academy of Performing Arts after her HSC (2017) and was offered a placement in the Graduate 3-year program. Since completing her degree she has booked several National advertisements – most notably as ‘Corn Girl’ for CommBank. In the past 12 months she has acted in short films “Maddie’s Red Hot” and “Burn After Dark” which are currently doing the festival circuits and she is currently writing and collaborating on future films. But, as much as she loves screen, theatre has Morgan’s heart and she is very much looking forward to joining Theatre 180 for the third time playing various roles in the play The Sydney II: Lost and Found (2021) alongside Myles Pollard and Tom O’Sullivan.
