The THEATRE 180 Public Fund (ABN: 33 042 434 145) is a tax deductible fund listed on the Australian Government’s Register of Cultural Organisations maintained under Subdivision 30-F of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.
Donations of $2.00 or more are tax-deductible.
ALL DONATIONS ARE MAINTAINED IN A SPECIAL PUBLIC FUND ADMINISTRATED BY THEATRE 180 AND THESE FUNDS WILL ONLY BE USED FOR THE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE ORGANISATION.
Payment and Refunds Policy
THEATRE 180 uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its Donation credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by THEATRE 180 or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 256 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
- eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
- eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by THEATRE 180.

Delivery Policy
After making a donation you will receive an email receipt from us containing your payment details and any further relevant information. If you have any questions about your payment please contact us at info@theatre180.com.au.
REFUND FOR DONATIONS
Thank you for choosing to donate to THEATRE 180 INC. Your decision to support us is much appreciated.
If you have made an error regarding the amount of your donation, or accidentally made a duplicate donation, please contact us within 30 days of the date of the donation. All requests for refunds can be sent to: info@theatre180.com.au
THEATRE 180 will examine all requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Each decision will be at the management’s discretion. We will endeavour to ensure that genuine errors are rectified.
Unfortunately, THEATRE 180 INC. does not give refunds if you change your mind. For this reason, please make your decision to donate to us carefully.
Should a request for a refund be approved, any receipt reflecting this payment will become invalid and will not be tax deductible.
